Correctly install the feed processing grinder

We bought a feed grinder. First, we installed the grinder itself, and then fixed the machine and motor base. The screws used were 2 flat pads and 1 spring pad, with one on top and one on the bottom, to protect the screws from entering the groove of the motor base during tightening. We added a spring pad on top of the upper flat pad to prevent the screws from loosening due to vibration during high-speed operation of the grinder. After adding the flat pad and spring pad, this problem was solved. Then we installed the motor on the motor base in the same way and connected it to the machine with a V-belt. At this time, we must adjust the parallelism between the motor wheel and the belt wheel, because during the operation of the grinder, if the motor wheel is parallel, If it is no longer parallel to the pulley, it will seriously damage the V-belt, The best way is to take a straight square tube or wooden square and stick it tightly to one side of the motor wheel and belt pulley. Remember that the left and right planes of the motor wheel and belt pulley must be tightly attached to ensure that the motor wheel and belt pulley are on the same horizontal line. After measuring the horizontal line, tighten the V-belt and finally fix the screws.

Maintenance of feed processing crusher before operation

After fixing the motor and machine, we need to carry out maintenance work before normal operation. Firstly, the grease filling ports on both sides of the machine spindle need to be filled with grease from a grease gun into the bearings. The purpose of filling the grease is to lubricate the bearings and extend their service life. If no grease is added, the bearings will heat up during high-speed operation, and it will be difficult to replace them if they are damaged; Next, check the connection status of each component. If there are screws, use a wrench to fix and tighten them again to prevent loose screws from causing parts to fall off and damage the machine. After all components are checked, they can work normally.

Precautions for normal operation of feed crusher

Before starting up, it is necessary to read the user manual carefully and adjust and maintain it according to its fixed position. The operator must master the structure and functional requirements of the machine. The supporting power must meet the requirements and it is not allowed to increase the spindle speed without authorization. Before starting up, check if the operating direction is the same as the cutting direction, otherwise it is strictly prohibited to start up.

After the above work inspection is completed, the power supply can be checked to start the test. Turn on the power and let the feed crusher run for 1 minute to check if all parts are working properly. If there are no problems, it can be fed for processing. When the crusher is working, a small amount of material should be added first, and after normal discharge, there should be no problems,

The raw materials can be processed according to normal production capacity, and excessive feeding should be avoided, which may cause severe load. Mild cases may damage the V-belt, while severe cases may burn the motor. During the feeding process, it is necessary to first check whether there are any debris in the raw materials, such as stones, iron bars, iron blocks, bricks, wooden blocks, etc. that may damage the machine. If you accidentally enter the stones or iron blocks, it may cause damage to the screen, bending of the hammer, and destruction of the machine casing.
