Drive device: provides power for the hoist, generally composed of a motor, reducer, coupling, etc. The motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, reduces speed and increases torque through a reducer, and then transmits power to the drive drum through a coupling.
Reverse braking device: prevents the hopper from moving in the opposite direction due to gravity when the hoist is stopped or powered off, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
Working principle: The motor drives the drum to rotate, and the drum drives the traction tape to move through friction. The hopper installed on the traction tape is then lifted upwards. When the hopper reaches the upper section, the material is unloaded from the hopper under the action of gravity, completing the lifting and conveying process of the material. During the lifting process, the material relies on its own weight and the frictional resistance of the casing on the material, and will not rotate together with the blades of the screw elevator.
